New EFM site online

EFM has been moved to it's new home at xavax.com. Thanks to 
Phil we now have all of the EFM files in one place. WARNING!
to site cloners - There is about 100mb on this site.

I still have a few things to do but most of the stuff that didn't work
before is ok now. Like the Moog HP. I have uploaded all of the
filter and effects waves and will link them to the cookbook soon.

I can take all fo those large graphic files I split up into pieces
and replace them with 1 large graphic now and one of these
days I'll get around to it.

All of the old files are now online. Like the Thereman, Mini1,3,4
Maxx1&2, guitar amps and analog drums. Have fun!
