Aaaahh! Now things are getting clearer. :-)

Couldn't a 555 be used instead of the LM393 and 4013? This would be a RS
flipflop instead of a toggle flipflop. Sorry if this had been discussed
before, but I didn't understand very much before I saw the schematic
#-).
