And it's worse in the lower half of the keyboard, isn't it ?

The CEM3340 VCOs of my OB-8 can produce a very *nice* PWM over the whole
keyboard range, because the LFO Rate can be set to track the keyboard
voltage.
Not 1 Oct/V (that would be too much), but 0.25 Oct/V (which is just about
right
for PWM).
