EL display

Dear all,

  This is a little off topic, not much, but a little..

  I have erecently aquired an EL display (Planar 640.400.CB1)
which I intend to use for my megapolymodular synth thing.
It has HS/VS/VidClk/VidData inputs.. is there anyone who
could offer help with driving this thing? I know its VGA 
compatible, ie it will take ordinary VGA input and generate a
picture.
