Where to get 68HC11E2 CPU ?

Hello Listmembers,

after playing around for some time with the HC11E1, i have
noticed the  limitations of the 512 bytes internal EEprom,
so i would like to use the E2 version, whis has 2 KB of
EEPROM.

Does anybody know a source (preferrably in germany)
for those CPUs ? everybody seems to have the E1, but
i can nowhere find any Es´s.... :-(
(the Motorola Part number is MC68HC11E2FN)
