Yes, very nice to see this stuff !
And it's good to see somebody pointing out that the VCA is an important
part of the Minimoog sound, too.
This is a very nice VCA indeed, and worth to be added to any modular system.
I've built it twice, meanwhile, for my Minimoog clone and - a slightly
expoanded version - for my JH-4.
Opamp-less VCAs, designed for soft limiting rather than hard clipping,
can really make a difference.

but I will file the drawings under Marjan rather than the manufacturers
then.
One related question, nevertheless: I haven't seen the original circuit for
the
Buchla VC BPF, but in the combined VCA / VCF circuit from Buchla there is
a special circuit to speed up the response of the vactrols - there wasn't
something
like that in the original VC BPF, was it ?
