Radio Shack Echo Kit

Got a Radiculous Shmack catalog today and there is on page 19, what they
call "Mini Echo Mixer Kit".  The description clearly states that there are
"a pair of specific echo chips" as well as "a high quality preamp IC".
+/- 9vdc, 20ma, 125mm x 60mm.

I bet it's cheesey  (c:  but I bet it's also good for *something*.
