It's located at http://www.guildsoftware.com/gsynth.html.  I started doing
what amounts to a Buzz clone for linux after writing this and the two
projects (namely gsyn and gsynth) are kinda mashed together.  There's a
somewhat outdated windows binary available as well as source code which
compiles under linux, *BSD, solaris, and irix.  I think.  I haven't been
maintaining it very actively.
