seq2 Final...Finally

Last Friday the board guy called to tell me there was a .002" 
illegal spacing error on the seq2 pcb. So I fixed it and sent
it back. It may hold the board up a day or two longer. I
took the opportunity to make a few final modifications and
made room for a few more to come later. 

I posted a parts list, a rack panel and console layout, 
pcb overlay, updated schemo and pcb layout.

I still need to do a MP3 or two and a wiring diagram but 
basically I'm done so I've started the Dual-VCA. Maybe 
next week I can get to the MS-20 filter.
