EML-Filter

I took a look at the EML Filter today (link was posted a few days ago).
Well, the current generation is a bit complicated (I think the current
is converted into a voltage, then again voltage to current converters).
Offset problems? And of course 726.

The interesting thing about this circuit is, that it COULD have been fully
differential. The differential stages are anyway, the integrators could have
been (the are actually converted to single end via tl07x opamp difference integrators)
and by simply adding one cap between collektor paths with buffers.
This way a fully differential statevar could be made, thus removing offset problems.

(I wonder if the SSM2218 could be used for such a circuit).
