Hi again!
About JFET temp. drifts: I used SPICE4 built in models (for BJT's and all
other parts) so I do not know for sure if spice simulates JFET's thermal
characteristics. As the default model for BJT has thermal dependency
implemented, I don't see a reason, why the JFET wouldn't have it. But I
could be wrong...
