I was looking for NMOSFETs without ESD-Protection (very low Igs < 1nA).
I found a BSS89 and a BS107(A), the later classified as switching type.
Any experiences? Do you have other favourite devices?
These masses of discrete devices are confusing to me, sometimes I think
if about 100 different types wouldn't be enough ...
JFET devices are pretty low in Igs @ 25C, but the leakage gets quite
large when temperatures rise (which leads to the fact that FET-OPAMPS
have more input bias current then bipolar types if they get a bit heat)
Next I came across our beloved BF244/245 Type JFET. They seem to be the
same, but the 244 has a strange pinout. Class A,B and C seem to name
different groups of threshold voltage. If you buy them without class
character, you can get any threshold voltage.
Is this correct? The data sheets are a bit implicit.
