Steinberg Pro-24 (a bit OT)

Dear all,

  I have pro-24 running on my atari (ok, I know its old but I like it)
but I have a problem in that it wont recognise/transmit midi Noteoff
with the Noteon/Velo=0 type of note off, have I got something daft
ticked somewhere? I cant see anything obvious, can anyone help?
