Release Velocity question

It's the release speed of key when it's hit, in analog synths it
could been used for anything, like to increase the release
time of ADRS EG. As noted, it's not much used, so check first
can you/your sequncer send it. On some sequencers there's
an option to set it on/off. otherwise if it's off only
note on with velocity 0 is sent.

Also remember to code the running status, as the reason for
using note on vel=0 as note off is that with rs in use
the status bytes are sent only when there's another
status byte (no status byte is sent twice in a row,
with note on only key and velocity bytes are sent,
unless note on goes for different channel).
