You can order Electronotes from Bernie Hutchins. Mail address, details,
etc. can be found at the following web site:
http://mall.lakes.com/~map/enotes.htm
I really doubt that anyone has taken the time and effort to convert the
several thousand pages of Electronotes into PDF documents. Even though
the majority of pre-1979 Electronotes issues are not copyrighted
(although the Musical Engineer's Handbook is copyrighted), Bernie
Hutchins tends to defend Electronotes quite vigorously. Which I can
understand - the amount of work that went into Electronotes is
STAGGERING. You probably could get copies of Electronotes through
sources besides Bernie, but the cost of the full package through Bernie
is not much higher than if you copied the whole thing at Kinko's, and is
much less hassle (expect to write a few reminder letters though...).

P.S. It would be worth asking if the individual contributors to
Electronotes would be willing to have their work published in PDF/HTML
format, with new drawings and text formatting. Some of the people that
contributed many articles and circuits to Electronotes are on this list.
