You get what you pay for.
We will have a lower priced kit (1U wide panel) called the MOTM-330 uVCO. It
will
be around $169 kit (instead of $239) around Christmas.
We feel having a "cheapo $69 kit" is a waste of your time and money. Such a
VCO
just is not useful. The 3 main semiconductors in our design cost *us* $37.
Also,
good front panels are expensive. *We* pay about $14 ea for ours. That
doesn't
include the $8 pcb and the $38 worth of pots and switches.
