If you got money (I don´t) try Protel or ORCAD.
If you don´t have lotsa money try Eagle. http://www.cadsoftusa.com
Eagle comes in DOS, Win and Linux formats. I use Win and Linux here at
school (and Protel). The free version is limited in PCB size but it´s
still very useful. The license is very cheap for the "normal" version.
