OT - command shell?

This is off topic:

Graphical user interfaces are nice, but sometimes a command shell for
typed commands is more efficient. I'm used to X-Window like shells,
i.e. possibility to scroll back, history, cut and paste.

The usual wondooze DOS-Box is more then frustrating.

Does anyone know a shareware/PD shell tool for Win95?
