IOTA Systems Midi-Fader docs?

I just bought an "IOTA Systems Midi-Fader" box from an online pawn shop.

It appears to be something like a MIDI->8CV box used for mixing board fader
automation, Circa 1987. The problem is it came with no docs and IOTA Systems
appears to be out of business.

Does anyone have leads on documentation for this thing? Specifically, I am
looking for the midi implimentation chart for it. I might be able to
disassemble the EEPROM  to figure it out...

If not, its no big deal. I only paid $10 for it. I figure the 2U rack case
alone is worth that and it looks very easy to just gut it and replace the
front panel.
