Grounding question for Power One power supply

Hi list,

some of you are using this power supplies, maybe you could help me with a
grounding question. How do you connect grounding earth to your power
supplies. The instruction says that the power supply must be grounded but I
have to admit, that I'm not shure, whether this means to connect grounding
earth to the chassis (on which the transformer is mounted and which also
serves as a cooling device for the power transistors).
