Hi All !

One could add :

Output-transformer core-saturation and its construction .

Power supply.

"Cone breakup" at higher freq's .

Interaction of guitar n (pre)amp, impedance wise .

In all, more variables than one can shake a stick at .  No wonder 
"guitar-tone" attracts so much voodoo, and snake-oil vendors :)
