Anti-log function?

Just to be a little clearer, what is the function...

y = f(x)?

is it y = 10^x ?

I'm having a brain fart here, and being the lazy poop that I am, I figured
I'd just ask "the smartest list on the net" and get my answer quick :)

What's the formula for the anti-log function (like for an audio pot)?

So that when x = 0, y = 0, and when x = 1, y = 1, and inbetween it follows
the reverse-log function.
