You bet. If there were no health risks, it wouldn't be fun!!!
Seriously...Breathing the solder flux fumes is a definate not a good
idea. If you are soldering, don't handle food. Probably the best way to
avoid getting in lead poisening. Wash your hands real good after you are
done.
