VCO using ICL8038

Hi Andy,

If you're going to work with this thing be sure to get the Harris
Semiconductor application note AN013.1 "Everything you always wanted to
know about the ICL8038".  Although I must admit I never knew Harris even
made this part, their name is all over my copy of this note and it's
dated 1996.
