Yes. Fully pin compatible. But watch out for the current source (and sink)
capabilities of the output stage. They differ from the bipolar 555s. TLC555
is also a CMOS variant, also pin compatible, but even less current than the
ICM7555. In applications where you don't need the output stage, or just
need to drive your discharge switch it doesn't make a difference.
