Dear All, Have tried the Siliconix J109 JFET in the ASM-1 VCO and am pleased to report it works well (achieves a 10V pk-pk amplitude sawtooth waveform with specified components) I have tried two examples (not a wonderful statistical sample !) and both are fine.
