Atmel AVR stuff

Hi all,

I know this is a well covered topic but I'll start it again anyway!

I will be using the AVR chip on my module, my uni has just bought a
parallel programmer kit for it (board, cables, book and software).
However I would like to have something at home to use instead.  Now I
don't have any kit for this - just me and my pc.  Where can I get a
really cheap programming board and everything required, in the uk, and
how much?
