New filter schematic

I have updated the schematic for my 12/24 dB/oct. filter at

Changes include:
* Now using 220pf values for all filter capacitors.
* Incorporated Juergen's FET buffer suggestion (eliminates 2 ICs).
* added offset trimmers for the OTAs.
* Added resistors to the 12 dB/oct outputs so that all output 
  amplitudes now (nearly) match the input amplitude (at low Q that is).
* Numbered all components.

I've been working on a PCB layout for this and hope to have a prototype
board manufactured sometime soon.  Thanks for everyone's help on this
and I would welcome comments or suggestions on the new schematic.
