-Wow, Tom that looks really cool....!
I was more or less waiting for you to start on the Seq2 and i'm so exited we'll do this now.
Yes i have some thoughts, hope they help....

-With 3 rows of pots i would also expect 3 cv & gate outputs. Then one could also use it as 3
sequencers or control the sound of the first 8 steps with the cv of the 2nd 8 or 16. Of course this
would imply 3x master tune pot and 3x gate width pot (last maybe not necessary?)
In the case of one longer sequence (longer than 8 steps) you'll want one output though.

-A multiple (x5) (think that's what they call it on the ARP seq.) would be handy an could also take
care of that last problem.

--I would really like 3 transpose inputs...! (next to each cv-out?)

-Some people may want a speed input for the clock (not necessary for me)

-Talking about the clock.....how fast do you think it will go? I'm thinking of another way people use
sequencers (waveshaping)
More info here: http://www.midiwall.com/aharchives/lookit.cgi?-v9511.1288 this isn't possible with a
SQ10 will it with this one??

-Can it also simultanus play the 3 sequences endless? (repetitions selector:0=dont play, 1=play one
time and then go to next row etc., here i miss a "repeat row endless" option) Is nice when controling 3
synths from it.(really hope this is possible)

-Hey, a glide input per sequence will do the trick i think. Maybe locate these on the panel next to the
cv and gate outputs.(one for keeping the gate open (also handy for getting longer notes) and one for
letting the cv glide)

-Now for the panel....
When using mini-jacks you'll get more room (and i prefere them for cv signals)
What does the trigger out do? Same as clock out or does it give a pulse when the gate opens (without
width)
What is the hight of the panel now? looks like 3 units. 4 units won't be a problem here.
I would place the start/stop/continue etc. in another order---->st/st-cont-hold-down-u&d.

That's all i could think of right now....
Hope it helps and hope you can insert some (all, heheh) ideas in your design.

-It's Sequencer time.

ERiC
