does this filter work without occasional latchup ?
I'm asking because similar circuits of mine sometimes get stuck when I
switch them
off and immediately on again. In case this is a problem with your filter,
too, I recommend
using the TL072's as inverting integrators rather than high impedance
buffers. (The
inputs of the 13700 would be flipped then to achieve the same overall (and
feedback)
polarity. This prevents the TL072 inputs from going below -10V, where the
negative feedback
might become positive feedback.
I don't know if your filter has this problem or not - just in case, though
...
