Maybe I'm too fussy - the delay is tiny, in the order of a processing delay
on a soft midi thru.
Quantisation of the CV input is the bigger problem anyway.
The CV/gate input is definitely sampled - I had to do a processor
replacement on my 202 (urgh, surface mount), so I have looked at the
schematics in depth.
