Electronotes website?

Hi:

This is my first post to the list, although I've been a subscriber to synth-diy 
for a couple of months.

I have two questions:

1)  Does anyone know if there is a Bernie Hutchins/Electronotes website?

2)  Has anyone done any work with analog switching matrices (e.g. the MITEL 
ICs), in particular putting them under MIDI control?  How complex would the 
circuitry be to do this?  My main application would be to control audio routing 
using MIDI program change commands.
