That's coincidence - I just breadboarded such a thing a few days ago.
Inspired
by the Minikorg VCO, I built a thyristor-based saw VCO for the 2' footage
and used
a CD4024 to divide it all down to 64'. Adding the SAW wave works remarkably
well,
though there are some glitches. (They are in the original, too, as I just
learned
in private email.)
