Just any saw oscillator will do. Depends on the type of tracking curve
you need. Linear or expo? There are saw osc in the formant, or in Korg
synthies, or in the Roland TB303, or at Tom G.'s site. The schematics
are on the web somewhere. Music machines is a also good starting point. I
always print them out, and then delete these files. So I'm sorry I can't
send it to you.
A saw osc. has always a discharge switch, if there is no hard sync option
you just need to logical OR the sync signal to the usual comparator
signal, of course using a monoflop or RC highpass, otherwise the osc
will get not hard sync, but a hold option (this is also interesting).
