I had two of these (mc202) and I had them connected to each other, so whilst 
one loaded a sequence from tape, the other was playing its 'Voice' and 
vica-versa, I planned to use this setup for a GIG, tapedeck with switchable 
outputs and so on... but it fell through..
anyway the point Im trying to make is that I never suffered any delays of 
any sort... as far as Im aware the CV/Gate inputs go straight into the voice 
circuit... else I couldn't have played the voice whilst loading from tape...
