If you read Japanese, there's a manual at

If you do find an English manual, I could do with a copy too.

You're best bet is an external midi to cv convertor.
Bear in mind that the 202 processor 'samples' the incoming cv and gate
signals, so there is a slight delay and quantisation of the pitch cv unless
you modify the synth for direct cv and gate input.
