Donald,
1.) can't help you there.
2.) There's really not any room for midi internally. Unfortunately,
there's not too much room for too many additions inside the case due to
the 202's small form factor. You can fit some swiches inside at some
points, but no real room for PCBs. I added a global slide and accent (adds
those features to _all_ notes, not just those specified by the sequencer)
at one point to my 202, but since got rid of it because I found it a
little bland next to my 101.
I thought a casio cz-1 (big brother to the cz-101) already HAS midi? Sure
you mean the cz-1? All casio stuff is very digital.. the mod for a casio
keyboard probably wouldn't work on an old Roland.
