vcf9 update and addition

Let's try the new FTP address..........I hope this works, there was
a html problem.

Here is the update schematic for the vcf9. It looks a lot more like
the OBX filter now. 
 
The next one looks even more like the OBX. I added VC-Res.
Changed and added a scale adjustment to the cutoff-expo.

And just for fun, the 9c is my first try at mpeg. The sample is low-band-high,
in that order. First no-res, then on-the-edge, then max-res no audio. The low-pass 
really makes that speaker rattle. Crap-laptop-mic ...the usual excuses. 184K was 
a 1.3M wave file.
