There are several ways to make a CV keyboard, but I'd really recommend a
(cheap) MIDI keyboard with velocity (plus aftertouch is even better) and
a MIDI-to-CV converter. Velocity is such a great feature for analog
filters, aftertouch too. And you can play your synth from other sources
than keyboard.
