Happy99.exe is a DOS virus

Here's what happened. I too got this from a list member about a week ago.
In a moment of complete stupidity I clicked the .EXE. I knew I screwed up
the second I took my finger off the button. So I deleted the file and did a
virus scan that came up clean.....I didn't think it was malicious.
