I was ridiculed at school for being a geek into synths, and electronics.
I went to an all boys school, so at least i didn't have to suffer from the
embarassment of the opposite sex :)

Now, when friends come over they look at my room in awe.... "wow
man, you make tunes?!" and "WTF is all that electronics?, you make
your own gear to make your own sounds too!!!!????"

Its impressed every girl ive brought home... (not that i brought her home
just to see my gear, i'll have you understand) :)
