Y-ellow Y'all.
	I forgot to mention. A local recycler of electronic parts tells me he does
this using an oxy-acetylene torch. Yes A full welding kit. He claims that
because of the concentrated heat, he can get an IC out in under a second
and with minimal damage to the board. I have not tried this. I don't have a
welder. But I'd be interested to try it some day.
