I haven't seen any schematics, but I have the Bass Station and have looked into it.
All electronics is surface mount. There are no curtis or ssm chips, but a lot of SMD 3080, 4051 and some op-amp (don't remember which). Everything runs on 5 volts, I believe. There is an internal header where you can get at the signals from the oscillators separately and the keyboard CV/gate. The CV is -0,5 volts per octave.
