I once messed with a VCF made from the MOSFETS in a 4007 package. Might be
worth a mess with for some of you more intrepid experimenters. I remember
they were indeed limited in range but I also remember trimming them down
reasonably successfully. Mind you the cost in 20 turn cermet pots was more
than a bunch of JFETs would have cost. Was all a long time ago.

You think that's bad. We're talking around AUD$1.20 for a 3819 here. And
you wonder why I'd even bother messing with a MOSFET from a 4007! Ouch!
