synth-diy webring update

just a little note to everybody, the webring now has banners. thanks to Andrew
and Kevin you can now adorn your pages with cool webring graphics. go to:
http://members.xoom.com/indridcold/signup  to get your banner and instructions
for adding it to your site. also in the works - a cure for the xoom.com
problems, graphical, maybe animated buttons for the control. also i plan to
make an index of ring sites so i'll soon be requesting short descriptions from
each member. let me know if you want the animated buttons, cause i can do them
now. don't worry most of these upgrades will be optional. thats all for now.
