ODP: simple MIDI keyboard

This has no MIDI input, just output and sending MIDI is much more
simpler than receiving - no UART needed. In fact I didn't use
even the timer you mentioned. Just careful assembler coding.
It's not the first UART I made in software - few years back I made
38kbps UAR (that's asynchronuous receiver) in 80188
with NO extra hardware.
Want to see the firmware? over my dead body!
But seriously, wait until I put it on this page (I'd like to add some
refinements)
