opto-isolator

Dear all,

  I have an opto-isolator and was wondering if anyone knew who made it or 
how fast it is.. I want to use it with my Midi interface.

  Its has these markings on it

    GE
    4N25
    8928

  im assuming its made by GE (who ever they are/were) and its a 4n258928... 
anyone offer any help?
