      Oi!
    You're probably right,Paul;I don't know all that
 much about the details of piezoelectronics, but I
can't quite jive the concepts of crystals and coll-
oids easily anyway.Perhaps going colloidal is the 
current trajectory,we could grow some transducers..
    The conductive rubber concept is probably decent
 but latex is fairly pricey these days;also,latex is
 so thick and graphite so fine that I doubt whether
I have the facilities to mix them evenly,resulting
in a strip of potentially inconsistant resistive 
densities.
    We'll see!
