They are resistive, seem similar to those Roman Sowa described. The
replacemant parts are PCBs that come with self adhesive tape (3 PCBs for
the 88 key keyboard). I paid 326 DM for them, incl. shipping. There's a
strip of felt on the PCB, so the keyboard keys do not press onto the PCB
directly.
The sensors for the white keys are in one row, those for the black keys
in another row. The rows are ~37mm apart from each other. I'd say, it
depends on the keyboard if they can be used or not.
