Toby :(no offence) YUK !
Jones plugs are good for industrial uses, but they have been almost completely
obsolete for many years. The pins are only good for power connecrions where
you can rely on arcing to keep them clean (no good at all for "dry circuits"
If you want this style of plug, check out the AMP mate-n-lock which feature
positive retention and you can get gold pins if you need 'em. Please oh please
don't seriously consider Jones plugs, even if you have enough at home to give
'em to everybody for free....
(BTW they were "cinch-Jones at one time but I think there is a different
parent company now. If you want I'll look it up for you... and Jones plugs
were never very cheap. The only reason they still exist is to retrofit every
industrail control made during the 50's 60's 70's) My company threw away all
its NOS of everyting... and frankly the Jones plugs were the only item that
didn't break my heart to see them in the dumpster... :-) Harry

How about Jones plugs?
Like the 6 pin ones one the back of a minimoog for accessory power (I think).
I don't now about price or worldwide availability.
Radio shack has at least some of them.
They would need a rectangular panel hole though.
Is the real name Cinch-Jones, or is that something else?
Might give it a nice retro test equipment look.
